- Supertrees -

Supertrees are tree-like structures that dominate the Garden's landscape with heights between 25 and 50 metres. They are vertical gardens fitted with environmental technologies that mimic the ecological function of trees; photovoltaic cells that harness solar energy which can be used for some of the functions of the Supertrees, such as lighting, just like how trees photosynthesize; and collection of rainwater for use in irrigation and fountain displays, exactly like how trees absorb rainwater for growth.

- Marina Bay -

Last shot after this second week in Singapore, it is past midnight, fatigue begins to be felt, after the various laser and light shows, always seeking the best shot to summarize the essence of this city that seems to belong to the future. I was about to put away the equipment and walk towards my hotel room, when one of the floating bar, always crossing the bay, passes right in front of me.

- The Night Show -

I have to be honest with you, I'm not a big fan of "modernity," During my travels I am always looking for the remote, wild, a place where I can get the feeling of being far away from home, from my culture and from the concept I have of normality. But honestly in front of a show like this,

I have to say I was fascinated.

- Into the Future -

Obviously this is the result of all the effort that has been put to realize the concept of a perfect city, modern, with its futuristic skyscrapers, the facilities are on a human scale, everything has to be aesthetically pleasing. Over the years, Singapore is contending for the title of the city of the future. All this at the expense of its history and its culture. Visiting the city, everyone realizes how the rich history has been wiped out from this race to the Westernization, and investors and corporations across the world have helped this process that unfortunately will never be reversed.
